All digital transactions, card entries, UPI details, and netbanking authentications are processed directly by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Haven does not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs on our servers.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used strictly to:

  • Process and route orders to the appropriate independent creator for fulfillment.
  • Generate digital order confirmations, references, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain your account profile and historical order records.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertising networks. We share details solely with necessary service operators:

  • Artisans & Makers: Provided your delivery name, address, and phone number exclusively to package and dispatch your parcels.
  • Payment Processors & Couriers: Razorpay for checkout validation and licensed logistics partners for parcel delivery.

5. Session & Cookie Policy

Haven utilizes essential, secure session cookies (configured with HttpOnly and SameSite protections) to preserve your login state, shopping bag selections, and CSRF security tokens across page requests. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights & Data Inquiries

You may review and update your name or phone number anytime through your Profile Dashboard. To request complete account erasure or deletion of order histories, reach out to our platform administration team.
