Haven operates as a curated multi-vendor marketplace connecting conscious patrons with independent artisans and makers. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or purchasing any curated goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The items showcased across our catalog are handcrafted in small studio batches using organic and natural materials (including stoneware clay, pure flax linen, and natural botanical wax). Slight variations in tone, surface texture, glaze density, and hand-thrown dimensions are standard attributes of genuine craftsmanship and are celebrated as part of each piece's authenticity.
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory taxes unless otherwise indicated. Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment partner (Razorpay). An order is only confirmed once successful payment verification is registered by our servers. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in cases of accidental inventory discrepancies or unforeseen material unavailability.
Because goods are dispatched directly from individual creator studios across India, multi-item orders containing works from different artisans may arrive in separate parcel shipments. While our makers strive to pack and dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days, estimated transit times depend on courier schedules and regional delivery logistics.
Registered sellers agree that all product listings reflect authentic, high-quality, and honestly represented creations. Makers are responsible for accurate inventory tracking, secure plastic-conscious packaging, and honoring order fulfillments marked in their Studio Dashboard.
We reserve the right to amend these terms, adjust catalog curation standards, or suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, non-fulfillment, or payment tampering.
